CORONAVIRUS AFFECT ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Edgability follows all the standards and protocols set by WHO in the logistics. This does create delays as inspection and sanitation at every port is put into place. The delay can be added to the regular delivery time by 10-20 working days going by the pattern so far. Virus does not survive on any surface during shipping so it is safe to accept any parcel. It is advisable to keep safety measures in place while accepting orders from delivery guys or the postmen. Do keep their safety in mind as well, as they have to work (in most countries until the respective government allows). 

EDGABILITY OFFERS FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Edgability delivers to several countries across the globe and are working towards enabling worldwide shipping as well. Please read the shipping information below regarding pan India orders as well as international orders (outside of India).

PAN INDIA ORDERS

Edgability accepts orders all across India, considering the pincodes are serviceable. Depending upon the location, the order is delivered anywhere to the customer in 5-55 workings days after it has been dispatched from our Indian fulfillment centre. All order deliveries will be done on working days, excluding national and state holidays. There is no option for express delivery. All CoD orders upto Rs.1,000 have a service fee starting at Rs.100. This is a non-refundable convenience charge for all Cash on Delivery purchases. Rs.150 is the CoD fee for orders from Rs.1,001 - Rs.2,000. Orders above the said amounts will be serviced only as prepaid orders. 

Product Images are indicative in nature. Actual product may differ from the image. Please refer to the product specification for the product. Edgability is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from border control to the local carrier, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

Returns/exchange request need to be filed within 5 days of the delivery of the order. Please go through the Refunds Policy. All returned items must be unused and unstained, and returned with original packaging. Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable. In case you receive a damaged/defective, Edgability should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Images of the condition in which the order arrived should be shared, which will be subject to assessment. 

In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 5 days after the date of receipt. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to a coupon code for Cash on Delivery orders. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 6 months on Edgability.com. Refunds will only be open for Paypal transactions, and not bank transfers.

Any order that is placed on Edgability.com cannot be cancelled by the customer for reasons aside from the following: order not fulfilled within given delivery time or order not as per description. Payment made on PayU for order placed will not be refunded fully if customer cancels order before delivery is attempted. The service fee charged on payment gateways will be deducted from the payment amount, the remainder of which will be deposited back into the customer's account within 5-15 working days, solely depending on the customer's bank's flexibility. COD orders can be cancelled within 12 hours as per customer's choice, after that any cancellation will disbar customer from placing an order on the store again. This is done to protect Edgability from fraudulent orders. 

Edgability reserves the right to cancel any order at sole discretion for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. 

To avail Cash on Delivery service, customer has to choose the COD option. COD is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 500 and maximum of Rs. 2,000 only. Customers cannot open the package without making the payment at the time of delivery. The logistical partners will be handling the transaction at delivery and any delays or reattempts will be done by them at Edgability's behest. Once the dispatch has been done, no changes in delivery can be made, such as changing addresses or contact numbers or product exchanges.

Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Codes. Edgability reserves the right to cancel any promotional promo codes and the transactions in which they are used. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside of India): 

We are really excited to offer shipping outside of India finally, and now deliver to USA (50 states mainland), Canada, UK, Australia & few EU countries. Our products will take 10-75 working days for delivery. This is to save customers the shipping costs and custom duties. Our product prices do not include the import duties. There is no option for express delivery. 

Courier services provided will have tracking details, which will be shared with you once your order is dispatched. We do not provide any option for expedited shipping. 

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you fast, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer, in which case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from transits to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package is enroute.

There is no Cash on Delivery option available outside of India, other payment methods offered on Edgability.com can be used, such as credit card payments or wallet payments for placing orders. Please connect with customer care chat or email if any orders have been placed via Paypal.

Any order placed on Edgability.com using Paypal will require payment to be made within 5 days' time, that is until when the products in the order will be kept on hold for the customer. Once the payment is completed, order will proceed to process. Shipping details would follow suit. If no payment comes through after 15 days of placing the order, Edgability no longer blocks the products. If customer pays after 15 days of order placement, depending on the availability of the products, Edgability will proceed with processing the order. Order will be considered cancelled if none of the order products are in stock and reimbursed the amount after deducting the service fee for the delay in online payment. 

All sales are FINAL. Returns will only be accepted in the case of damage during transit. Photo images of the order delivered in its condition will need to be emailed to Edgability within 5 days of receiving the order. After which, cancellation or return won't be accepted. 

Please note that, currently, we do not offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees. Return details will be sent to you via email after photo images of the damage are subject to having met the requirements of being unused.

All items purchased from Edgability can be returned for a credit coupon within 5 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 6 months on Edgability.com. Refunds will only be open for Paypal transactions, and not bank transfers.

Edgability reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, and refund the exact amount to the customer.
